Prior to Propel, Sean was a founding member of the talent team at Webflow - where he built out and managed the talent brand, sourcing, and DEI aspects of the hiring process. Like a lot of Recruiters, Sean transitioned into HR through a non-traditional career path - he was a Project Manager in public health in a previous life.
